Muriel established Tax Management for Clergy in November 2000 but has been dealing with clergy income tax since 1992. As Managing Director of TMC she has an active role within the business and in particular deals with employment law and employee health and safety. Muriel lives in Grantham with her husband and fellow Director Chris and her interests include travel and reading.

Martyn has worked in tax since leaving school and, after 12 years with HMRC moved into private practice. As well as a personal tax client base he administers the payrolls of some 45 churches and charities. Martyn is married to June, a Biomedical Scientist and has twin adult daughters, both of whom are teachers. He is Chair of Governors at a local primary school, PCC member at St Andrew’s Church, Skegby and is Lay Chair and Treasurer of Newstead Deanery in the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham. In his spare time he can often be found walking Milo the dog in the Derbyshire Dales.

David has been working in clergy taxation for over twenty years now - initially part-time whilst studying and full-time ever since. On a day to day basis he deals with a variety of personal and business tax clients as well as assisting in the management of the company finances. David lives with his wife Sara in Grantham and his interests include music, reading, travelling and football.

Daniel has been helping clergy with their taxation since 1993. He also deals with TMC's IT infrastructure, telecommunications and online diary system. Daniel lives in Sleaford with Sarah and he has an adult son and daughter as well as a grandson. He is an avid supporter of Liverpool football club and enjoys playing and coaching football as well as playing and watching cricket. Some of his other interests include live music and computing.

Paul has been working in the clergy taxation profession for over twenty years now and has been at Tax Management for Clergy since it started in 2000. On a day to day basis he deals with clients’ personal tax matters and the finalising of Tax Returns. Paul lives in Lincoln and enjoys playing golf. His interests include various sporting activities and DIY.

Daniel Joined TMC in 2019. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2017 where he studied a degree in History. He has subsequently spent time working for a large logistics company and travelling through China and Cambodia. Daniel enjoys exploring new cultures and visiting new places with his girlfriend. He also enjoys rock climbing and watching his favourite local football team Boston United.

Originally from Latvia, Sandis Moved to the UK in 2005 and currently lives in Ashford. His previous experience includes working for Rift Refunds, one of the UK’s top refund specialists. Sandis Joined TMC in 2019 just after attaining a degree in Business and Finance from the University of Lincoln. He enjoys travel and is passionate about his fitness. Sandis also speaks Latvian and Russian.

Hannah joined Tax Management for Clergy in early 2023 and prior to this worked for the Royal Navy in a meteorological capacity for over 10 years. Hannah lives with her partner and three young children. A family boardgame lover, Hannah also enjoys running with her dog in the countryside.

Charlotte joined TMC in 2023 having previously worked for HM Revenue & Customs for nearly 7 years, gaining experience in multiple tax regimes. She graduated from university in 2015 with a degree in French and also speaks German. Charlotte’s interests include travelling, exploring new cultures and football. She lives in Newark with her partner, Hamish, and their dog, Luna.

Helen joined the TMC administration team in 2021. She comes from a farming background and in her spare time can be found driving ATVs and assisting with farming duties. Helen is also a girl guide leader and can turn her hand to almost anything. She has 2 children, Ryleigh-James and Arria-Louise and enjoys baking, exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family and dogs.

Keily is the Manager of our administration department and is the first point of contact for many clients. Her excellent personal skills make her the perfect person to answer our telephone calls. She ensures that the day to day administrative functions run efficiently, maintains the office systems and manages the Direct Debit control. Keily lives in Grantham with her two children Marissa and Keira.

Laura joined TMC as an administrator in 2011. Although new to taxation she had worked in financial services since leaving school, including 5 years with an IFA specialising in clergy. She is married to Danny and has two daughters, Jemima and Isadora. Laura loves baking and decorating cakes and likes to enter local baking competitions with her creations.

Anna-Louise joined TMC earlier this year following a career in Education working in local Grantham Schools and further afield in Cyprus, her earlier career had her jetting across the globe flying with leading Global Airlines. After living in several countries overseas Anna-Louise has settled in Grantham with husband Matt and two children Abby & Jack. It goes without saying that she loves to travel and enjoys several family holidays throughout the year.

Chris, like his wife Muriel, is a Director of Tax Management for Clergy and is also the Company Secretary. He has many years experience running several successful businesses and gained tax and financial knowledge during his time working for HMRC at Somerset House in London. Chris lives in Grantham with Muriel and lists his interests as playing golf, chess and reading.
